Are there any restrictions on installing a child safety seat?

Child seats can only be installed in the rear seats.

Guam law requires the use of a child safety seat appropriate to your child's age and weight: an Infant Seat (0-1 year old or up to 9kg), a Child Seat (1-4 years old, 9-18kg), or a Booster Seat (ages 4-11, 145cm or shorter). Rental is $5.00/24 hrs per seat.
