Before Use
Here is what to check before the day of your rental, organized by topic.
What to bring
Driver’s license
The license you drive on at home. Licenses from Japan, Korea, Taiwan and other recognized countries are valid for 30 days after you arrive in Guam (90 days for U.S. licenses).
Credit card
Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club or Discover. Please pay with the driver’s credit card. If the driver doesn’t have a credit card, you can pay with a card in someone else’s name, but an additional driver fee applies.
Passport
If the driver and the person paying are different people, please bring both passports.
Payment

Payment is made at our counter in Guam by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club or Discover).
- Debit cards, prepaid cards and traveler’s checks are not accepted. Cash is accepted only if you take all three coverage options (CDW, ZDW and NOC) and leave a $150 deposit.
- We cannot accept a copy of a credit card.
- A $100 security deposit is charged to your credit card at pickup and refunded after you return the car.

If your hotel is not on the list, choose a nearby hotel from the list and meet us there on the day.
*Free shuttle buses run from Leopalace Resort Guam to Guam Plaza Resort, and from Finest Guam Golf & Resort to Guam Reef Hotel.
Between Guam Airport and our office
From the airport to our office
We don’t offer airport pick-up, so please take a taxi to the Tumon Main Office. It is about 1.8 miles (2.8 km), or about 10 minutes, away. The fare is around $20, and a tip of 10 to 15% is customary.
From our office to the airport or your hotel
After you return the car, we’ll drive you to Guam Airport or your hotel for free.
$15 off for your taxi fare
If you come from Guam Airport by taxi, show your taxi receipt at the counter, and we’ll take $15 off your rental when you pay.
*No receipt, no discount. *Cannot be combined with other discounts.
Returning the car
- Please return the car by the time in your rental agreement. If you are running late, be sure to call our office before then.
- Extending your rental costs extra. Keeping the car longer without telling us breaks the rental agreement, and you will be responsible for any resulting losses.
- Cars are rented with a full tank, so please fill up at a gas station before you return the car. If the tank was not full at pickup, refill it to the pickup level. Show your fuel receipt when you settle up. If you can’t refuel or the tank is short, the fuel will be charged at our standard rates.
Checking, changing or canceling a booking
Reservation cancellation is free up to 1 hour before departure.

Pets
Because some of our customers have pet allergies, pets are generally not allowed in our cars. Thank you for understanding.
