There are two separate arrangements here and they are priced differently. One has a published figure you can book against today. The other does not, because it depends on how many vehicles you need and for how long.

One car, by the month
The thirty-day rate below is the price. It is per vehicle, it is the same for everyone, and you can book it now without speaking to anyone.
Take this route if: you need a car or two, you are paying by card, and you do not need an invoice in the company's name.

A corporate account
No published figure. The number depends on how many vehicles, for how long, and how you want to be billed. We work it out and send it to you.
Take this route if: you need several vehicles, an invoice in the company's name, or payment terms other than a card at the counter.
The published 30-day rate
One figure for the month, per vehicle. Liability insurance, unlimited mileage and all taxes are already inside it.

There is no corporate rate card to look up. Tell us the shape of what you need and we price it for your company.
Several vehicles at once
Booked together rather than one at a time. The number of vehicles is the main thing that moves the price.
An invoice in the company's name
Rather than a card receipt in the driver's name, which is what a counter rental produces.
Payment after the month, not before
Closed at month end and paid afterwards, so it fits how a company pays rather than how a holidaymaker does.
Methods other than a card
Check and other arrangements are workable. Say how your accounts department prefers to settle and we will fit it.
Terms longer than a month
Three months, six months, or longer. A term you agree once beats a booking you renew twelve times.
More than one driver per car
Additional drivers are registered at the counter for an extra charge, which is worth sorting out at the start rather than mid-term.

The terms go in writing
Vehicles, period, billing and who may drive, agreed before anything leaves the counter.
Five classes are available to draw on — economy, the economy special, RV, convertible and pickup — so a mixed requirement can usually be met from one place. Counters are open around the clock, drivers from age 18 are accepted, and a US license needs nothing added to it.
