Please pay with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners) onsite in Guam.
- Cash, debit cards, prepaid cards and travelers checks will not be accepted.
- Please note that payment is to be made by credit card in the driver’s name. If the driver does not have a credit card, an additional driver fee will be charged. We do not accept a copy of the credit card.
- A $100 refundable Security Deposit is collected and held on your credit card when you pick up a vehicle. This deposit is returned when you stop renting and return the vehicle.

Pick-up and Drop-off
We will pick you up at the hotel lobby. (Open 24 hours)
Free round-trip transportation is available for hotels in the Tumon area.

Regarding coming from Guam Airport by taxi
There is no pick-up service, so please come by taxi.
From Guam Airport to the Tumon Main Office, it is about 1.8miles (about 2.8km). The taxi fare is about $20. It is a good manner to tip about 10% to 15% of the taxi fare.
For visitors only by taxi from Guam Airport

Once a taxi receipt is received, you will receive a $15 discount from the rental car price at the time of the rental car payment.

Airport drop off service
Free service from Main Office to Guam Airport.
Returns
Please return the car by the contracted time. If you cannot make it in time, please contact the sales office in advance.
In the event of an extension, an overtime charge will be incurred. Please note that unauthorized extensions are a violation of the lease agreement, and you will be responsible for any damages incurred as a result.
Gasoline refueling
When returning the rental car, please stop by a nearby gas station and fill up the tank before returning the car. Please remember to bring your receipts.
*If the tank is not full, we will charge you according to the conversion table we have established.
Confirm & Cancel
Reservation cancellation is free up to 1 hour before departure.
Please change or cancel your reservation from the Confirm/Change/Cancel Reservation page.
Regarding Riding With Pets
Some of our customers have pet allergies, so as a rule, we refuse to allow pets to ride in our cars. We kindly ask for your understanding.
