- Valid Driver's License (Photocopy not allowed) and a Major Credit Card (Visa/MC/DINERS/DISCOVER/UNION PAY) must be presented during rental.
(Strictly NO debit and NO prepaid cards, NO AMEX, NO JCB, NO traveler's checks and NO cash.) and the credit card holder must be the main driver. *Driver(s) not registered will not be honored by the rent a car company in case of an accident.
FOR GUAM TOURISTS ONLY - Passport OR PASSPORT COPY must be presented by all renters and credit card holders and must be present to sign.
Credit card holder will be the main driver. $5 per day is the fee if you wanted to add an additional driver.
If using Business Credit Card, the driver's name/credit card holder name must be showing too on the Business Credit card.
(A licensed driver at the age of 18 years or older may drive but must provide a proof that you are employed and financially stable, in case something happens to the vehicle.) - Some roads in Guam are made out of corals and it is slippery during the rainy season. Please drive slowly.
FOR GUAM TOURISTS ONLY- Drive maps can be provided for basic driving rules and recommendations.
Mandatory child seats from ages 0-11 years old (maximum 144 cm). We offer $5/day rental on all child seats per child. You can search it online on how to install child seats. - In case of an accident: Renter is responsible to pay for all the fees and damages in the event that the other party's vehicle driver is NOT an authorized driver even with optional insurance purchased.
Renter is responsible to pay for all the fees and damages in the event that the other party's vehicle is NOT registered, NOT insured or a stolen vehicle. - RECKLESS DRIVING. Using a mobile phone, utilizing GPS and all other devices while driving is strictly prohibited.
Driving while intoxicated or high and under the influence of all illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
*Damaged car rental resulting from this, even with all insurance included and purchased will be the renter's responsibility. - **During the rainy and typhoon season in Guam, renter is responsible to secure the car rental in a secure place.
Damages to the car rental caused by earthquake, tsunami, typhoon and all other natural calamities will not be covered by insurance included and purchased.
**No available typhoon insurance, therefore renter will be responsible for all the damages. - Report all accident immediately to GPD by dialing 911 and contact the rent a car company.
Insurance included and purchased will be null and void if not reported at the time and place of an accident.
The case number from GPD must be presented to the rent a car company.
Renter is responsible for paying for the towing fee, storage fee and all fees related to towing services.
Renter must inform the towing company to have it tow here to the Office. - The rent a car company will not be responsible for the renter's valuables reported missing inside the rented vehicle, inside the vehicle used as a shuttle service, inside the Office and all areas of the rent a car company.
- *The renter is responsible to pay for any bashed window(s), car break ins and vandalism.
Strictly NO SMOKING inside the car. Car rental returned with a cigarette or marijuana smell will be charged $250.00.
Car rental returned with wet seats, sunblock stains on seats and door panels, dirty, sandy, muddy will be charged $100 starting fee depending on the condition.
Drained car battery caused by the negligence of the renter, loss key, key alarms, missing hubcaps and wet key, fee ranges from $200-$800 depending on the condition.
No pets allowed inside the car rental. Otherwise rent a car company will charge $100 initial fee depending on the condition.
It is the renter's obligation to pay for the Parking fees and all other Violation ticket plus $100 company service. $1000 penalty will be collected if a violation ticket is not reported.
Any key reported missing, the renter will automatically be charged for the new key even the renter reported it found or recovered, even reported recovered less than 30 minutes. (All reported missing key, the company informs the dealership right away to program a new key, this prevents vehicle being stolen and from illegal key duplications)
*Damaged car rental resulting from this, even with all insurance included and purchased will be the renter's responsibility.COMPANY FEES
$100 If returned too sandy. $300 If returned very muddy, stained stains and mats. $450 If returned with orange dirt that requires detailing and deep cleaning. - Tire sensors ON? all throughout the renter's rental duration, this problem is mainly from renters that go to the Ritidian Beach, Coco Palm Beach, Tanguison Beach, Starsand Beach, Ababang Beach, Marbo Cave. Talofofo Cave and One Thousand Steps do not require a regular vehicle and mainly from renters that drive fast even on a bumpy and rocky road. This company does not recommend renters to go to hiking areas, it will be the renter’s responsibility if something happens to the rental vehicle.
- Car theft and total loss vehicle will be the renter's obligation, even with insurance included and purchased. Hit and run too will be the renter's obligation.
Failure to return within 24 hours of your return date will result in filing a police complaint for Theft and unauthorized use of vehicle.
Abandonment of vehicle is subject to $1,000 penalty. $1,000 fee or more will apply if vehicle will be used for delivery services and transport services. - IF RENTERS WILL NOT SHOW UP AFTER 30 MINUTES FROM THEIR ORIGINAL TIME OF RESERVATIONS, THE VEHICLE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE GIVEN TO THE NEXT CUSTOMER.
The company does not hold any vehicle for renters that will not show up after 30 minutes.
No proration and No refund for early returns of rental vehicle.
Extending the rental over the phone will not be honored by this company. Renter/Credit card holder must come in to the Office to make a payment. - All Renters are not allowed to touch the engine of our vehicles. Call the Main Office to report if you think there is a problem with the vehicle.
- Unauthorized driver fee is $100.00
- $50 delivery fee for missing items found and wanted to be delivered. Delivery locations at Tumon and nearby Tamuning ONLY.
- ABOUT FUEL OR GASOLINE
- Return the vehicle with the same gasoline level, WE DO NOT REIMBURSE FUEL FEES IF YOU OVERGAS.
Regular unleaded gasoline only for regular vehicles.
Premium unleaded gasoline for 2019 - 2020 Chevrolet Camaro.
If wrong gasoline used, $400 NOC, $150 service fee and replacement gasoline fee will be charged even with insurance included and purchased. - It is the obligation of the renter to inform the gasoline station staff to put the correct type pf gasoline.
- Rent a car company has no obligation to negotiate with the gas station if the gas station agent put the wrong type of gas.
- Our company gas fee is different from the regular gas station price. Gas up your vehicle before returning the vehicle and gas up on the day of your return.
- IT IS MANDATORY TO PROVIDE THE GASOLINE RECEIPT UPON RETURN OF CAR RENTAL.

- RESCUE FEE
Rescue fee applies to renter that calls for dead battery, key accidentally locked inside the car, assistance to replace a flat tire and all other assistance that requires rent a car company to send a staff to rescue a renter. The fee depends on the location and depends on our business hours. After business hour fees are more expensive.

It is mandatory for the renter to inspect the vehicle with our staff after signing and acknowledging this rental terms.
New visible and deep scratch, dent and new damage upon return of the car will be consider as the renter's responsibility.
Take a picture and video of your vehicle and check sheet before leaving our Office. - $150 RENT A CAR COMPANY SERVICE FEE
A mandatory fee of $150.00 will be pulled out from the credit card on file, in case of an accident and new damage such as deep scratch and dent regardless of who is at fault even with insurance purchased or included. - $100 PREAUTHORIZATION AMOUNT
This is a Temporary Hold of $100. This amount is set aside by the Card Company/Provider but not actually transferred to Rent a Car company. - ABOUT CREDIT CARD ON FILE
Rent a car company will automatically charge the credit card holder if turned in with new damage, new scratch, or not enough gasoline upon return.
Rent a car company will automatically charge the credit card holder for missing accessories such as floor carpets and mats, missing tools, missing documents inside the glove compartment Car battery and all other engine related if found out replaced, altered or tampered will automatically be deducted to the credit card on file.
Rent a car company has all the rights to charge the credit card holder and renter in case the renter walks away from his responsibility.
Rent a car company has all the rights to charge the credit card holder and renter if found out with a new damage to the vehicle.
Rent a car company will automatically charge the credit card on file if renter will not show up on your return date or renewal date. - REPORTING PUNCTURE TIRE AND DAMAGE TIRE
Your credit card will automatically be charged from $40-$500 depending on the damage you reported to us.
We will reimburse the difference if more than the amount was charged to your credit card.

If you know that you have a flight to catch, return the vehicle early to avoid delays and to avoid rushing our staff.
If you are late for your flight, we have the listings of Taxi phone numbers, arrange it directly but we will not reimburse any taxi fee. - FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE
Our company offers free consolidated shuttle service from the Office to Tumon hotels and Airport. If you cannot wait and don't want to join the other customers, please ask our staff for the Taxi phone numbers and arrange them directly but no taxi fee can be reimbursed. - CDW - COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (CAR TO CAR COLLISION ONLY WITH BOTH OPERATORS PRESENT)
$12/day Sedan and $17/day RV/Van/Convertible (Initial if you want to add this option)
This is an optional insurance that will waive the damage to the vehicle. The deductible is $1, 000.
But if the vehicle is a TOTAL LOSS and damages to the vehicle was caused by the renter's negligence such as reckless driving, driving on unsafe road, driving while utilizing mobile phone, gps and all other gadgets, hitting any objects while driving, new damage(s) while car rental is parked unattended, stolen vehicle, failure to report the accident, failure to get the license number of the vehicle that hit the renter, HIT and RUN, the other party has no valid license, has an expired vehicle registration intoxicated and under the influence of all illegal drugs- then this will be null and void. - ZDW - ZERO DEDUCTIBLE WAIVER $10/day (optional) (Inform the agent if you want to add this option) This insurance is an option waiver for renters to waive the $ 1,000 deductible required by the CDW. ZDW must be taken in conjunction with the CDW.
- NOC - NON-OPERATION CHARGE $7/day (optional) (Inform the agent if you want to add this option) This insurance is to waive the charge for loss of income while the vehicle is at the shop.
$250 - If vehicle still safe to drive.
*$400 - If vehicle is not safe to drive.
*Shattered window(s) cracked head and taillight(s), hanging and not intact parts
*Damages occurred because of reckless driving and under the influence. When a vehicle is stolen. - TIRE(Optional) $8/day for sedans and $10/day for bigger cars (optional) (Inform the agent if you want to add this option)
- If tire sensor is on - Report it to a rental agent to indicate it on the checcksheet.
- All damaged tires, damaged hubcaps and rims are not covered by insurance included and insurance purchased.
- Optional tire insurance is available to purchase, please inform the rental agent. If flat tire insurance purchased, the rescue fee and tire will be free. Tire insurance effective during normal business hours of 08:30 - 18:30 only. Hubcaps and rims will not be covered.
